when the girl is coming ti the office a little bit late. At the same time when the superior (manager) crossed her on steps. He asked her why are you going early, she laughed and while moving down...(office is in the complex.) He caught her hand and pinched the cheek of the girl. She came into the office wheeping. How this situation is to be dealt? What she should do? Everyone of the office employees are supporting her. The company is branch of US based organization.
