Homer: Hurt more than he's letting on?

There was an article in the free press about the Wings performance, and one of the writers made a very good point. After Pronger bounced Holmstrom's face off the boards, there were three more games before the Wings lost the series. In those three games, Homer was -3, had five shots on goal, and no points. Hopefully the time off between now and the beginning of the 07-08 season will give a lot of the Wings some time to heal. It'll be nice to have Kronwall, Homer, Schneider, and all of the other Wings who are nursing some pain back in the game and at 100%.

D'oh. Do you think that Holmstrom came back and tried to play with a concussion or another injury? It was the playoffs and they lie about injuries all the time.

I'd be sorta surprised if they let him play w/ a concussion. They're starting to take the head injuries a lot more serious these days now that they know the damage it can involve.

There could have been something way less than a concussion but he could have been more hurt than he let on.
