Leadpile.: Have Anyone Heard It?

I found a site where is pretty much like AC and CC. This site is called Leadpile.com Writers will write and place an amount they want for their articles, in this way this is so much like CC.I didn't did much of lurking and readibg around the site so I dont know how this works. Has anyone of you heard about it? or a registered member?
