Paneer special - "Paneer Kurchan".........

Hi friends, have Paneer Kurchan Ingredients: 120 gms finger cut paneer 1 capsicum. cut in a cube 1 onion, cut in rings 1 tomato, diced into long slices 1 tomato 1/2 tsp dhania 2 tej patta (bay leaves) 4 elaichi (cardomom) 4 whole red chillies 5 cloves 1/2 tsp garlic paste 1/2 tsp ginger paste 2 tbsp butter 1 onion 1 tsp salt Method: TO make the onion gravy, mix the tomatoe and onion, ser aside. Put butter, salt, dhania, tej patta, elaichis, whole red chillies and cloves in a kaadar and fry with garlic paste and ginger paste. Next, add paneer, tomato, capsicum and onion in the kaadai and cook for 2-3 minutes. Finally, mix it with the tomato and brown onion garvy before seving. NOTE: In summer, eat fresh paneer only. Do not refrigerate for too long. If the paneer is hard, dip it in hot water for a minute, it will become very soft.
