For me there is no barrier due to differences of languages, cultures, nationalities etc when listening to music. As long as it’s pleasing to my ears then I considered it’s the best no matter in what versions it plays. To determine whether it’s a good music depends on our feeling and sentiments that involved but not merely language alone.

At first I thought this question would have an easy answer, but it's actually a tough one. The world is so full of fantastic music it's hard to say where the best music comes from and which language is most suitable for it. I'm like a musical taster enjoying a little something from every genre, every period, every country. If I had to choose, Punjabi and Hindi languages make very enjoyable sounds and their love of rhythm and instrumental composition gives a well-rounded acoustical listening experience. If I had to choose instrumentals then Spanish music has my heart. No language is necessary when the guitars, drums, flutes, and other instruments come together in such a rich crescendo of colorful, and romantic sound. Makes my feet move just thinking about it.

I like native music from Australia. The sound of it is wonderful for dancing along to. I also appreciate the native music from south America. The pan pipes played in Peru sound very special indeed. My Polish friend gave me some tapes of music. I really enjoyed listening to them even though I couldn't understand what was being sung. Travelling on Asian buses is a superb time to hear all sorts of fantastic music. It fits in totally with the scenery being passed.

I don't think there's a suitable language for music. Music is also a language and I can't like music that I don't understand, because it doesn't touch me inside. But I can also enjoy a chinese music evan if I don't understand a word if the music touchs me and makes me feel something.
