if given all the resources..rich and all that..would you go through the pain of a neddle just to be beauriful? or spend all your money with something else? we all know that cosmetic surgery these days is IN...a nose lift, making lips more pouting, breat augmentation, bigger butt and a lot more...would you go for that to be mroe beautiful? For me, im scared of going through that...my friends and family loved me as i am right now, why make all the changes...ive seen a lot of things happening to people who;s gon through that and insted of being beautiful, they even looked worst that the previuos ones thay had. also, some causes side effects and thats whay scared me to death!

Hello.daryljane,I will not go for the cosmetic surgery,I am quite happy with myself and I think being natural is the best for women. It may make women look more beautiful but at the same time, there may be some side effects or risks women have to face if the surgery is not going well as expected,if it actually happens, they cannot retrieve their original body or face anymore.

i agree! thats the risk they have to face! Once here in the philippines, she had her legs waxed and it burned her legs that makes it look like a zebra after...like the stipes of the zebra on her legs. that was the big issue over cosmetic surgery and they have to make a lot of explanations about it.

Probably not. If you eat right, drink water, take care of your skin, and exercise, you will remain beautiful even when you get old. I don't really like plastic surgery. It looks really fake--you can always tell when people have had work done. Some movie stars have facelifts and it's so obvious! When they smile, their cheeks don't move. It's not very attractive. I would only have plastic surgery if it were for medical reasons. If your face became disfigured because of an accident, or you got a bad scar from an injury, I think plastic surgery is good for those things. But I wouldn't do it just for bigger boobs, different nose, etc.

Nope, the pain that went along with it would not make it worth it to me. I've had several surgeries resulting from a car accident that wasn't my fault and I have had my share of pain. I did have some nose work after this accident because it was broken and they had to do some repairs to bones and cartrilage that resulted in my nose becoming a tiny bit smaller. Does it make a big difference? NO. I think surgery should be limited to necessary things for recovery or to prevent health from failing, not for enhancements.

I wouldnt do it. We are who we are and people should accept that. plus its a waste of time for the doctors. There are people who need help but instead time is wasted on people trying to change their image. Its stupid
