Will Mylot allowe me to post a message with a link to my blog?
My blog contains some links of 'online earning programs'.
Is it against the Mylot rules? Or if the blog is only for promoting such programs? It will be allowed?

I saw many members posting links to their blogs, so that should be OK. On the other hand, you discussion might be deleted by admins later on. You can also put the link in your profile, if you wish.
