I just want to clarify regarding the topic which i mention is somewhat prevalent and ubiquitious in the corporate world and modern buisness organizations ,what u think is sycophancy morally correct???What if individual argues that if he cannot achieve certain favour by his own merit but he is able to do so by just keeping his superiors happy ,what u think ,is that valid arguement or still a flaw or decline in moral values????
