how do we spend time? when we are free are we utilising it meaningfully. Everyday we have given 24 hours with free of cost. A re we utilising it in the right way? Are we investing in the meaning ful way

Our day does not come free of cost. Each day we age, we breath in pollution which will eventually cost us our health. Plus each day we must work to live, pay bills, buy food, etc. Nothing comes free, not even a 24 hour day! I think if we do one good deed each day and make one person smile each day we have spent that day well.
