My inkjet printer doesn't work properly

I have inkjet(epson) Printer.this printer doesn't work, whan i give print command that time printer head carrej move properly but nothing print on the papar. According to me I think It's nozzel's is jam ,but i've already clean up it's nozzel's.so tell me what's the probelm in this printer.
