you should to give more information on your referal website such as:
1. how to earn money?
2. how much can we earn per day or month?
3. what is payment method?

in response to you question: it is totally free to join. you are in total controll of your paycheck per month. you also get a check in the mail once a month to get paid. one of the ways to get paid is to shop online in your mall and you will get a percentage back on whatever you spend as the others you also refer in. once you sign up you will be given a link so that you can invite/refer people that you know to you mall site and then they can sign up with you as their upline and then they shop and have the same benefits you have. it is made more clear on the website itself. there is no obligation at all. if you need further information i'd be glad to help you!
