Where you a victim of a Predatory Lender?

I am a former mortgage broker, when active in the mortgage profession, I met and assisted ALOT of homeowners that fell into the predatory lenders trap and didn't know of a way out. With the increase of foreclosures we are seeing in the United States, I think it would be interesting for some to share their experiences. Did you get placed in a Adjustable Rate mortgage and now the payments are too high? Were you enticed with the Pay option Arm Mortgage product that offered the opportunity to pay only minimal payments, yet no one explained or you didn't understand the negative amoritzation and now you owe more for your home then its worth? Because I am still very active in several organizations, I would like to gather some thoughts, and concerns about Real Estate. If you have a question, or would like to report a mortgage broker/lender that you feel has taken advantage of you, or committed fraud, please feel free to inquire as to your recourse.
