do you believe in destiny?

as i join discussions after discussions here in mylot, i paused for a while to rest my tired eyes. then i see in front of me a picture with the word destiny written under a picture of a single boat on a beach. then i ask myself, is there really such thing as destiny? personally, i think its us who make our own destiny and it's not something that is written a hundred years ago or in the stars. what do you think?

i beleive that destiny exists to a certain extent. We mainly create our own but there is something there that helps us make our desisions to help guide us through life and towards our destinys that we ourselves are creating.

i actualy DONT belive in destiny i dont know its just liek if evrything is written somewhere so whast the point of we even existing ?whats is the point of living if its all writen and we will liv like its written sure we can make minor changes but o what whats the diference.so its written about global warming all erorist ataks?and who did write the destiny who made it and whoever made it whats his destiny and sorry for my english

I do agree with you that we make our own destinies. I also believe and we are products of the choices that we make. Though, I read sometime ago that there is such thing as destiny but it's still a destiny that we got to choose or whose 'blueprint' we designed ourselves before we were born. Our destinies are meant to teach as the lessons that we are supposed to learn in this lifetime.

I believe in destiny. I also believe that you control your own destiny. It's just a mixture of both. Destiny is just like faith where you believe in something even if you haven't seen or felt it. It's a matter on how deep your faith is in surrendering yourself completely to destiny.

Destiny is one of what you DO NOT KNOW.When you know EVERYTHING about the FUTURE you are going to the RIGHT DESTINATION.
But you do not know your future that means you are taken by the DESTINY.
You are bounded by your aims and goals of NOT only YOU but with the WORLD
Fix your target , fix your boundaries and plan your LIFE.
Over anxiety and expectation will result in DESTINY
ACCEPT the FAILURE and the unforeseen CHANGES of NATURE and plan your WAY in the NAME of GOD.
GOOD thinking always bring POSITIVE results in the NAME of GOD
