Soccer is stilla sport or is now just a money machine?

I am Italian and Juventus fan. Now after all the scandal of soccer happened in Italy and having a look of the salary and the range of money which goes around the Socce, i ahve really the doubt if it is still a Sport where the player they play for passionas priority or if it is become too commercial.
What do you think about?

It's the same with all sports, it's more about the sponsors and their money than it's about the sport. It's a shame but I guess it's what has to be done,
