In my case i am used to writing very fast...hence a ball-point pen suits me better as it helps me writing fast without bloting like an ink pen... I have used ink pens also... I must say they improve once hand writing a lot...but my score goes to ball-point pens..:-) I usually prefer writing with black pen..but during our exams we were specifically asked to write with blue pens... but otherwise on the whole i would go for a black ball-point pen over blue ball-point pen... What about you what do you prefer and why?

hey..this is a very good question.... I prefer ball point point of blue color...i really do not like ink pens...the reason being that..the ink tends to fade away as soon as some water is poured upon it... During exam times...when i used to see people using ink pen..i used to wonder what if by mistake their exam papers came in contact with water accidently...ohh.. I love ball point pen anytime...

I would prefer to write with a fountain pen, despite its drawbacks or bad points. Ball-point pens are good, but I believe they spoil handwriting. I would prefer to use black ink. But if that is not allowed, I would use blue-black ink! I do not like to use blue ink. It does not appeal to me.

I also prefer ball-point pens because ink pen or sign pen (it's what we call it here) usually blots more when I use them. And black ink is usually used and preferred because it writes darker and easier to read. They usually require blank ink when filling up forms and applications.
