How to Attain Peace of Mind

meditation is one of the best way for attaining peace of mind and moreover it also helps in achiving body fitness. i have been doing this since last 2 years and belive me it really works.what do u think about, is there any other technique u have been practiceing to attain peace of mind.

First you have to meet God, who can give you peace. When peace like river attends your way, you can sing it is well, it is well with my soul.

this is what i have been trying to do. every time i go for meditation i close my eyes, Stop my thinking process and try to visualize god's image. even then thanks fo thje suggestion.

simply follow ur holy book because i think all the holy books in this world contains positive things and i think this is one of the best way of attaining peace.

Apart from meditation, our attitudes also play great role in getting Peace of Mind. Do not take every thing seriously. Problems will automatically get solved. Do not worry for everything, whether your daughter got bus, ate in the afternoon, son paid his house electricity bill etc. They are all grown up. They know to take care of themselves. If they fail, they will learn a lesson. Stay away even though you are in like water on lotus leaf. This also will give Peace of Mind.
