priesthood - the highest paid profession?

would you agree that priesthood is the highest paid profession? this is a very interesting topic for discussion. let's sort our opinion.

No, although I've heard some very cynical people wondering why their priests were driving sports cars.
If you think of it as a career, with stable earnings over a long period, you might earn more than as a sales person, or office worker, and get your accomodation free.
If you think of it as "paying" in terms of spiritual reward, as far as I know that's not on anyone else's job description.

thank you for the response... i just wanted to establish and resolve the opinion of many people about priesthood and why they are getting fewer now. i know its a divine calling but it is often called profession. a highest paid profession, for some people who think that way. godbless.+
