microsoft 2003 set up (for a new computer user)

a lot of my emails i cant read and a message comes up that i do not have the right path and need to get ( pro11.msi )and it said sumthing about Microsoft 2003 set up error 1706 need instaling components So after all that double duch can u help me its all new to me. Shaz.
