is it true that china is becoming a huge power economically and if so how come? i though it was a comunist country...and comy countries dont usually develop economically...also a lot of people say its a poor country...so?

There are quite a few people think they have known China but in fact they do not. As a Chinese, I 've been to many places of this country, still, I could not say I understand the situasion of this country. There are true gaps between the East part and the West, the North and the South, the coastal regions and the inland regions. It is quite difficult to explain the detail. However, human's heart is full of kindness and love. Though you have to shun from evils which is in disguise. That is to say, most people are willing and helping people but you may also encounter some difficulties. There is a great Chinese saying: it is right to have defense but it is wrong to have offense in daily life. Remember that, bearing hope with good preparation for the bad things, packing, and you can come to China! Welcome to China!
