My Blog!! Please help....

I have created a blog a few months back and its on computers and technology... currently has content on open source softwares. The url is http://raphael-mytechspot.blogspot.com. But today I recieved a mail that if I use traffic exchange sites like blogmad or like blogadvance my google adsense account will be discontinued. As I am pretty new to the blog world... I have no idea whether such a thing is true or not. And also what other things would propel me towards loosing my adsense account?? Please do help me out people....
