I haven't and i don't think i ever will, i donut think that sueing people is always the right thing to do.

i dont think i would bother personally unless the reason is sugnificatant enough i.e maybe become totally paralised.
its all about greed now, people just want money without having to work for it

I haven't ever sued anybody, but I've never been in the situation where enough damage was done for a possible lawsuit.
The entire law process seems like so much trouble, with all that paperwork and discussing with lawyers. Almost like a waste of time, not worth the money.
