How to totally reduce the fat content in our body?

I am software professional..I am putting weight day by day As I cant find time for exercises I can only opt dieting..I need to reduce my weight to 56 from 62..Help me!!! What are all the things I should intake daily..what should I take for break fast, lunch and dinner..People who have reduced their weight through diet please advice....

Dont be panic...you can reduce your weight by systematic planning. Have you seen Adnan Sami now in TV. If he can shed that much flesh why don't you ? But it is not advisable to go to professional weight reducers..try to do the following steps 1. Schedule a sleep cycle( 11.30 PM- 7.30 AM or 11 Pm-7 AM) 2. Avoid icecreams and partries for some period 3. Eat fruits, fresh vegetables and drink milk and buttermilk ( dont yake curd) 4. Drink lemon juice once in a day 5. Avoid chicken and beef (if you are non vegetarian)and eat fish ( fish curry is more advisable than curry) 6. Avoid all kinds of junk foods like Pizza, Burger,Pastha,Potato chips etc. 7. If your office is near your house (let's say with in a 2kms) try to walk to office or walk to home. 8. Try to do the house cleaning, washing , cooking etc by yourself ( make yourself enagaged max) 9. Practice some simple yoga (surya namaskara- refer some books) I am not a doctor but i observed most of these and seen many of these tips were delivering wonderful results..and hence no assurance. However I am not charging any fees for this and there will not be any financial commitment from your part too. Ok after 1 month, if you found yourself successful...shall I expect a party ( just kidding) best of luck

Sorry for the spelling mistakes happened in my previous post..actually i was typing it so fastly. icecreams and pastries, dont take curd, fish curry is more advisable than fry Ok then ...catch you later best of luck

Of course you can find time. It just depends on whether you want to. Even a 10 min run every week will work wonder. So if you really want to reduce fats in your body, put aside some time to go running every week at least. I am not sure if this sounds easy or hard to you, but you need determination and perseverance to succeed. Good luck.
