Reservation is good for nation or not?

Reservation is require for education upto 10th standard. In higher education there is no more required, as they well grown up, because of them lots of good student are not geting a sit in good college. Govt. should ban this reservation in service, as they have equally in service. In the merit basis they should get a promotion or else without having a proper knowledge about the post if they will posted in a higher position they can take a wrong decission due to their lack of experience and which will be cause of lot of problem for the nayion. Another thing if having a same date of joining one person will work as his boss after a few days to his collegue due to reservation other employees will not take care for office work.
