I am having a blog with some selected free earning programs. Many of our internet users don't know they can really make money on internet.So I wish to send mails to lot of people reagarding that.
How can I get the mail ids of a lot of people and send mails to them without breaking the spam rules.

Maybe you can send them a message here on MyLot first asking permission and see if they're interested with what you're offering, then ask for their email adds and send them your free earning programs. I'm pretty sure that they would respond well especially if they get to earn money without investing a dime in it.
