Web 3.0

Ok, lets discuss a bit about how the third version of the Web should look like. I think it should be as friendly as possible even for internet begginers. I read an article about it and it says that the Web 3.0 will propably be able to communicate with your computer OS and many of the things we have to do now we won't have to do them in the future. What is your oppinion on this subject?
