Many people here on mylot use different programs to earn online. My question is about the taxes. I am new to earning money online and until now I was looking at it like free money exempt of taxes lol Do you report your earnings and pay taxes for them? Do you keep track of your different earnings for that? Thanks!

Well for example most sites will tell you in their ToS (Terms of Service Agreement) how much you can make before you are required to pay taxes. They don't indicate what percentage you'll be paying but I suppose if you go over the limit then they'll either tell you, or you'll find out when you file. I know most of the sites I'm on if you make over $500 then you are required to fill out a W9 for tax purposes. I suppose it would just depend on the site though.

Thank you for this information ChrisRock. So you report your earnings with a company if you earn more than a certain amount in a year. Thanks!
