Getting There is The Challenge

I like to travel, but a big problem for me is I don't like driving (i dont do good in cars, especially on long trips) I dont like flying (it just scares me, even though I still do it) I know I wouldnt like buses...and I have never been on a ship or train. I don't think I would like a train, and I am terrified of the ocean and the idea of sinking and being abandoned somewhere is heart wrenching for me. All those fears really suck when you like to travel and see new places, but it is a problem I often have to suck up. Whenever I go to Montana to visit family or friends I have to either drive or fly, so that sucks for me lol. Anyone else like me? Hate the way of travel, but love getting there!

I am very keen on travelling. My favourite sort of transport is trains. I love long train journeys. I can look out of the window and enjoy beautiful scenery. I can get travel sick in cars, buses and boats. I don't like flying very much. My ears used to hurt until I started wearing Ear Planes. They are like plastic screws that I put into my ears to avoid the pain. However I fly as it saves on time and I can travel long distances easily. For shorter distances I like to go by train or if there is not a train route by bus. I sometimes go by boat, but I don'd like the journey when the sea is rough. I think you might like to try travelling by train. If you don't like it you could get off at the next station.

I have teh same problem with my ears on planes. But I don't put anything in my ears, I chew gum! Gum really helps you ears from "popping."

I would rather fly then drive. Driving seems to waste too much time. Flying is so much quicker. But yeah I hate traveling too. Someone should invent a warp machine that takes you anywhere in a matter of seconds! :)

I would so do that! lol. I would def. choose warping over anything. I prefer flying too, just because of the time, like you said. I really hate driving. And I know the chance of a plane crashing is REALLY low, even though it still makes me uneasy to fly. I prefer not to drive in 3 days what I could do in hours.

The only thing I don't like about traveling is being stuck without moving much for hours, I stiffen up. Heck, I sat in the car for about an hour betweent the time I left my job & finally got home after picking up the roommmate and I was stiff getting out of the car. I hate to think how I'm going to feel after 5 hrs on the airplane at the end of the month!
