Donate blood is good or bad?

Donating blood is a good job. Every human who is not afficated from aids, polio attacked person and other person and some of the basic condition to be followed. Any people can give blood min of 4 to 5 months diffrence. You can save many life. Only few months back i went to a hospital and donated blood. Doctor gave me lots of advice after the test. They go throught lots of test and give the condition of the body. He said that you can reduce the weight little, and maintain the body. Donating blood a awesome job which is purely helping human. It can save the a person from death. So donate blood, don't hesitate give it soon. What about your thoughts and exprience.

Donating blood is a very good thing. It is an act of service. You never know, you could be saving soemones life. It is not for everyone though. There are more regulations and rules than you think. Like about being pregnant or having tatoos, or being sick. BUt if you could you deifinately should. Five minutes of your time could save a life.
