Well, I am working, but since I am working in a small Printing Agency, the dress code is casual. We work wearing jeans and t-shirt and on occasions, a formal shirt and jeans or slacks would work in a pinch. I work before in a company that requires formal working clothes, the starch collared shirt, tie and black slacks. It can be unconformtable, usually performance was better on Saturday, which was casual dress day. Despite the numberous proposals, the company refused to allow the workers to wear less formal clothes, and there was people who quit after a few months, including me.

it is good if companies will supply working clothes/uniforms for their employees. people in the higher ranks are commonly exempted from the working clothes supplies. it is presumed that with their high pay, they can afford to buy clothes which are appropriate to wear for work. the common employees must not look at them with envy. after all, those bosses always wear proper clothing whenever they report for work. the ones who are occupying the lower ranks, have the tendency to wear clothes which are deemed improper being too sexy at times.
