Try GunzOnline, MapleStory, or Flyff.
Guild Wars is good too but you have to buy the cd key, but there's no monthly fee... HOORAY!

if u like fps, join the army! its just an fps with better graphics

You want to know the best Massive-Multi player Online games around? I would say Counter Strike. It's a FPS shooting where you can play online. You can either choose to be a terrorist or a counter-terrorist. A lot of people play Counter Strike and it's so addicting.
Next, and I'm sure you know this, would have to be Unreal Tournament 3. I don't have the game, but from watching the trailers makes me want to play it. My computer is not fast enough though. You should definitely check out that one if you have the time.
