Should school buses have seat belts?

It's the law to wear seat belts in your vehicle is it not. Then why don't they have them on school buses filled with children.

Not sure whether I should say this or not carmat but your discussions have the 'hiccups' like sometimes the responses do, i.e. appears twice. LOL Anyway here in Australia all new buses have to be fitted with seat belts. The children have specific places to sit and the bus driver is in charge. If the children do something wrong, they are warned and if repeated then are put off the bus. The suspension from the bus is determined by whether or not they are 'repeat offenders' as well as what they have done wrong.

If buses dont have them then why do cars have them. Yes I think they should

Really they should. They have been discussing that on the news.
