i think what ever u prepar when ever u prepare u need to have a sound sleep before u attend ur examination
it keeps ur mind rejunuvated and relaxed

well i must suggest a long-term plan for tension free exam preparation process.
1.read throughout the year.avoid leaving things for the last minute.
2.never read too much before exams.just dont over-stress your brains
3.get a good sleep.keep your cool
4.the exam is the not the end of this world.take it lightly.

I've been through many examinations and I believe that the best way to prepare for one is to start right at the beginning of the semester. Be attentive in class. Revise your schoolwork daily and practise assessment paper at your leisure, so long as you're in line with the topics covered. When examination draws near, reinforce what you have already learnt and practised. There won't be last minute panic and memory overload. Eat with caution because you won't want to fall sick during exam and have enough sleep. Be confident. Pray hard.

Don't u know how to get prepared for exams, follow these steps first plan must be in fine way. Select all the subjects and divide the chapters in each, calculate the days remaining for exam, complete the chapters in each subject before 15 days. Revise all the subjects by dividing each subjet and have a overall revise at the day before final day of exam
do well and acheive good results. A bright future will waits for your chance.

firtly keep away from all distractions like tv,phone,friends and internet.then plan ur studies.don't forget to take breaks while studying its very important.maybe after every hr.u can take a break for 5five minutes like grabbing a cookie or peeping into the balcony.walk around the house to relax ur muscles.that wud do wonder to ur brain.
