what is the first question you ask at a job interview?

in my interview,i always care if i am employed or not.hehe,so my first question is may i know when i will get the news that i am employed or not.but sometimes i also care what i can learn from this job etc ?

Usually I don't ask question during an interview. I'm too nervous to ask a question. However, the only question I ask is 'What can I expect in terms of career advancement?'. That's my one and only standard question. :) Based on the interviewing tips, it's not advisable to ask about benefits and salary.
