I want to learn Japanese

I wanted to learn Japanese since there are so many japanese anime that is being aired here in our country.. I also like the voice dubbers in anime, they really can express the characters..
Do you know a site where I can learn more about Japanese?

I dont really remember a particular site, but I searched for it before in yahoo and I found a lot of sites that teaches basic japanese. You can also buy audio cds (if you live in the Philippines there are lots of pirated cds teaching nihongo :)
