AFTER the Arrest!

I was not going to pay any attention to the latest media blitz on Lindsey Lohan as I find her and Paris Hilton to be spoiled rich brats who are nothing but a bad influence on young people. However I saw an article about Lohan being caught passed out and puking AFTER her arrest for DUI and possession of cocaine. I thought no way she is still partying within 48 hours of her arrest but I am all for seeing is believing so here is the link showing all. My question is : Lohan is under 21 therefore not legally of age to drink so how can she party night after night with full media publicity and get away with it. Perhaps if she had been carded years ago her drugs and alcohol may not have gone so far. Do you think that the law, parents, family, or friends have any culpability in her problems?

Yeah I saw the pictures myself but truly I'm not at all surprised. They are a bunch or rich spoiled little brats. And yes I believe that the family friends and bar tenders play a huge roll in allowing her to go out and party. I know if she was not a celebrity she would not be in any of those clubs getting drunk.

These kind of behavior from people who are almost in the news all the time is quite sickening...because these are the people that the young kids nowadays have been exposed to.
I just hope that the media will stop covering these people like Lohan, Hilton, Richie, Britney and focus more on other people that the young generation can look up into as role models. But then, trash always sells...so the media will always try to find stories that involved with these celebrities. The more mistake they will commit, the more things they can write.

Yea, so whats new....these high profile rehabs just don't do the trick. I think that high profile cases like this should recieve harsher treatment than the normal people because they just don't know enough to appreciate the leniancy they get. Judges that want to throw the book at someone should start right here. And then go after the people that are letting them destroy themselves. Slap the parents in jai; for contributing to the delinquency of a minor from lack of supervision. If her parents had given her a sense of right and wrong maybe she would not be this way.

That would be a great idea then perhaps perents of other teenagers would pay more attention to the well being of their children.

When she is 30 years old and a washed up nobody with a head full of memories about what could have been then she will have a reason to be drunk, and probably will be.

I agree with everything that you said. Just because you are famous and got lots and lots of money they let you off. I am so sick of the news talking about paris that spoiled brat.All she does is drink and get drunk. She sure dont have a life.

It seems that her mother is so supportive of her no matter what she does. That does not help. I think she needs to be arrested.
