Any Ideas Out There?

I am beginning a new short story. I wanted to know if any one out there can give me any ideas on what to write about. Iam open to writing about anything. I just have tremendous writer's block. I like to write about real life situations and fantasy worlds. Any story line that you think would be interesting let me know. Thanks!

How about a story of a little girl who finds a fairy in her room late at night and the fairy needs her help to get home. Just an idea.

Hmmm.....I really want to help you so lemme think for a while...hmmm....lol. The tide rolls onto the shores of a small island village. With it, it brings a mysterious man. An evil follows him that could destroy the island, and he is the only one who can save them. This might suck...if it does just tell me lol. But i hope you like it :)
