I absolutely love experimenting with food, and sometimes you have to use what you can out of your frige at the last moment, no cookbook!
one of my faves I discovered recently, is more than likely done at Starbucks.
but here goes;
you will need;
a coffee thermos that can hold 1 pot plus some
a coffee brewer
and espresso brewer
coffee grinder
your regular amount of coffeebeans
espresso from a can.
whipped cream in the can.
grind your beans, add to coffeepot and brew. add your espresso to espresso maker, and brew. (about2 cups)
add coffee to thermos, and then espresso.
fill mugs with coffee, add whipped cream and serve immediately!
indeed this is a favorite treat in my household, so,
what is your favorite?

I made this pasta sauce yesterday that my brother and boyfriend totally loved. They didn't leave any for my mom last night. I just used things that we have in the fridge and the pantry.
Here's my recipe:
2 packs of Tomato sauce
1 medium sized carrot - julienned
small onion
garlic
a few strips of bacon, cut in bite sizes
10 chicken balls
Saute the onion and garlic, and pan-fry the bacon then chicken balls. Add in the tomato sauce and bring to a boil for a few minutes until bacon and chicken balls are cooked well. Add in carrots. Simmer for a few more minutes. Serve with your choice of pasta. ^_____^

I love to experiment with my cooking, I love to create different sauces, different broths for my soup, deserts, you name it, I have had a few failures but most often I hear from my family that was the best ever.
