have you ever had you hair straightened, or have ever had a Hair Relaxed, a Hair Rebonding? too much chemicals on hair causes hair breakage and hair becomes brittle. any treatment you've done to stop the breakage? whats the most effective? pls share yours. thanks

I usually do hair treatment on weekend and I would mix my own thing if I have time. I love this: "1/4 - 3/4 cup olive or almond oil (depending on the length of your hair). A few drops of lavender oil. 1.Shampoo your hair. 2.Heat the olive or almond oil until it's warm to touch. Add the lavender oil. 3.Gently massage the oil into your scalp and hair, from top to tips 4.Heat with a blow-dryer (using a diffuser attachment) at low speed until dry. (The heat opens the cuticle and helps the oil absorb better.) Then shampoo again." hi there. :) yes, i have had my hair straightened before, i think the treatment was called hair gloss. it really made my hair prettier and as a result, it made me prettier and more confident. you see, i had thick wavy hair back then but thanks to that hair treatment, my hair became straighter and thinner. :) however, there are really instances when because of the chemicals, my hair becomes a bit dry and brittle so i combat those signs of dryness by using palmolive hair repair shampoo and conditioner. so far, it has made my hair look nice. :) good luck! :)
