What is your favorite Pasta recipe?

I love pasta! let's see... carbonara (don't know if it's also the english name but it's that pasta with eggs, beacon and Parmesan), pesto, butter, without anything (I know I'm weird), tuna and tomatoes, salmon and tomatoes, with fish (don't know the english name), zucchini and tomatoes, broccoli, oil and mortadella, with gorgonzola cheese (too good) and cream, with makerels (don't know if it's the name, is it a fish?) and I could go on but those are the best, well at least my favorite ;)
