carcinnogens, how much is too much?

            i dunno if that was the right spelling but i am referring to the black thing we get in barbecues. how much of these is too much for our bodies.
studies show that these cause cancer.

                    carcinogens are harmful... and we don't need them. carcinogens are agents that cause cancer. barbeque and processed food with msg contains a lot of carcinogens so we should limit our consumption of those kinds of food.
