What is the nutritional value of coffee to the body?

I've bn taking so much coffee lately and i just noticed that i cant sleep early most nights as before and secondly a friend suggested it to me saying it also helps in reducing weight, what do you think, pls i need your opinions, thanks.

Taking too much of coffee will decrease calcium in your body. Other than that, you will increase the sugar inside your body. I would suggest that you can drink less or you can skip this drink to another more healthy drinks..

Coffee contains coffeine that is supposed to keep you alert. It is true that too much consumption of coffee would cause difficulty in falling asleep. In fact most of the people make use of this fact and take more coffee if they do not want to sleep early. So, if you want to sleep easily, reduce your consumption of coffee to just two cups or so per day.
