Distribution of Bit Notices at bus stop..

In asian countries this distribution system at bus stop and inside the buses is common.The impact of this system causes lot of problem to the general public.Say we engage in conversation with our friends at the bus terminal if some one comes and hand over a leaflet it diverts your attention.People just take those notices and throw them off in the bus stop itself and most of them dont even read them.I have seen after many such leaflets just flying all over the bus stop after distribution.
Its true that notices are distributed for advertising something but people lack civic sense as they litter the public place.
what do you feel about this?

Yes I also feel its a nuisance. Infact I often refuse to take such notices but then once at a fair the boy distributing them told me if I take it he will get 300 rupees for completign the task. I was surprised and then on I do take themI come back and throw them in dustbins but I feel if someone can earn by that let him earn and make some money to support his family.
