Today, i got a news from my colleague, one of my colleagues who with beautiful face, has got so many bonus from our boss. oh, it's out of my mind, i can't imagine what's the society will be? In my opinion, she is just a normal girl, as same as so many girls, she always free everyday ...at our office, everyone knows that she counts on her appearance to do everything...but, so many boys around her... I don't want to express the imbalance, just want to talk about this topic with you... Hi guys, what's your opinion? which is more important, ability or appearance?

Of course, you should count on ability rather than appearance. IF someone only emphasizes on appearance, sooner or later, it will show up on the company's productivity. Yeah... I do understand your feeling. In every society and country, I still see many people who count on beauty rather than ability. It is difficult to change that fact. That's why I always think that our world is really messing up. I think many boys who are around her now are not actually praising about her works but they may want to take advantage of her beauty. It is so sad, indeed!

In today's society , the truth is you will get further by your appearance then by your ability . If you are capable of doing something but don't look good doing it chances are they will call someone else who can . I know of someone who can do a really good job but always looking scruffy doing it and he doesn't get the calls because people just don't like the way he looks even though his ability to do it would be the best in the area . It's sad but true , that too many people focus on one's looks rather then their ability to get a job done and when going in for an interview , what you look like holds a big impact on you getting the job or not .

Appearance goes towards building a first impression which will go on to how people will assess you in your future endeavors. Sadly, once the first impression is good you gotta live up to it. Once you make one small misstep, everything you worked for would be gone
