Fitness is importnat for everyone, but there are a world of excuses. Exercise is something our bodies NEED. It also lowers stress levels and provides a feeling of accomplishment. Exericse does not have to be as time consuming as people may think. Quality workouts are more important than quantity. A very effective workout can be done in a short period of time. There is also no need to exercise daily. 3-4 times a week is adequate. No matter how busy our lives are, making time to fit exercise in is critial. yes, i am doing my share of keeping myslef fit. there is a need to do some light exercises, observe taking proper diet, drinking plenty of water and making sure that i get sufficient rest. i am taking food supplements to make sure that my daily requirements are all met.
