Its school time again in the Philippines, are the school materials of your sons and daughters complete? do you buy for them or do you let them buy themselves? I still buy for them because they are still in grade school..

I still do the shopping for my daughter school stuff, but I bring her with me and we talk about what we can buy for her, some simple stuff, some stuff a little extravagant, but we agree on a budget and the good thing about my daughter is when I explain to her that a certain stuff is too expensive, she doesnt' force the issue and settle for one within our budget but also within what she wants.

hi, do you buy new bags and shoes for them every school opening? i dont. that's why they do not expect some new stuff. just the notebooks and the materials..

I'm not a mom... but i have these two darling young sisters I adore the most. (",) and, since I'm already working, I bought school supplies for them. However, i know how it feels to have the opportunity to choose your own stuff for school, that's why I brought them along. I allowed them to choose which color, designs, etc. of school stuff they would want to have. And, whatever they chose, I allowed them to have it... On the grounds that they are not too expensive and that those things are really appropriate for their age and their needs. (",)
