How to release myself from busy working

Recently i am in a dilemma...on the one hand,i want to have a baby at 30 years old and be a happy mother.But on the other hand,there is a great career delpoyment opportunity.I know sometimes people have to loss some if they want to get something esle.I am engaged on busy working and endured great pressure now.It's very difficult to make the decision.Have a healthy baby or a good job?How to find the balance?
