add pictures to the discussions / myLot

Can someone please explain me how to add pictures to the my discussions and how do i change my avatar

You have to add an imnage in the option given at the end.Then you have to browse & paste the picture.after that upload it.As for avataar i think it has to be done from the my profiles.
