Spiderman 3 - too scary? / myLot

My 5 year old daughter loves spiderman and has watched the first 2 movies.....and she was a little scared in a few spots, but over all loved them and watches them all the time now. I heard that SM3 was to scary for her.....what do you guys think?

Several children left the movie when my husband and I went to see it, but I don't know if they were scared or just couldn't sit through a movie that long. If my daughter was 5, I wouldn't take her to see this movie, as it would be costly to see only half of the movie. Tickets in this area are $7.25 in the afternoon and $9.50 in the evening.

this movie is certificated to PG 13, so it is not for kids like 5 years old.It is better not to take the kids for such movie, the original comic has change lot after it become a movie.
