You could try to collect the different photos that u have of urself and your mother and put it together in an album with beautiful one liners describing each photo. This will tell her how much she is loved. and also u could write a small paragraph in your own words of how much she means to you.

A ring with your birthstone and your mom's birthstone. Or an old school "best friends forever" half of a necklace! LOL I think I mention that because I just found a "half" packing stuff to move. :P But it sounds great right?
