how to change the Avatar?

Hell MyLotters i want to change the avatar can you please help me? Where is the option for it?

Very Simple dear! when you logon and your location on home tab, see down on your aviator,,, here are some link, and the second last "change your prefrences" clik there and you see a next page, there you change you display pic or aviator
